Originally from San Luis Obispo, Calif., Rebecca's small town authenticity and integrity, coupled with the discernment and sophistication she gained while working inside some of Los Angeles' most prominent households, gives her a much-needed edge when searching for the perfect candidate for any family. She knows firsthand what to look for in her applicants – even other nanny placement agencies contact her when they can't find the right nanny for their clients! VIP Nannies Inc., Household Staffing has earned the reputation of having the best talent pool of professionals thanks in large part to Rebecca's greatli-honed "Insider" matchmaking skills.

Service and people-oriented right from the start (Rebecca grew up in a household that depended on reliable, trustworthy household help after her father was injured in a mountain biking accident), Rebecca earned her college degree in human services with an emphasis in counseling from California State University Fullerton. This early training – as well as stint in the Peace Corps in Paraguy, South America, after graduation – has helped Rebecca provide not only the highest degree of professionalism in the industry, but the critical human touch, as well.

When she's not matchmaking household professionals with appreciative families, Rebecca loves spending quality time with her husband, family and friends, working out, traveling and de-stressing from the demands of her very busy and hugely successful staffing agency.
