Standard Placement Package
A Placement Fee of 15% of the employee’s Total Gross Annual Compensation or $2,500, whichever is greater. The following benefits are included as part of the Standard Placement Package:

Exclusive Placement Package
A Placement Fee of 18% of the employee’s Total Gross Annual Compensation or $3,500, whichever is greater. The following benefits are included as part of the Exclusive Placement Package:
• Enhanced Security Background Investigation
o Criminal History Search Including all locations lived in during the past 7 years
o National Wants and Warrants Search
o Social Security Number Trace
o Motor Vehicle Report
• Verification of First Aid and CPR Certifications
• Professional Employment Agreement Tailored to Client's Household Employment situation
*VIP Placement Package*
A Placement Fee of 20% of the employee’s Total Gross Annual Compensation or $4,500, whichever is greater. The following benefits are included as part of the VIP Placement Package:
• Enhanced Security Background Investigation
o Criminal History Search Including all locations lived in past 7 years
o National Wants and Warrants Search
o Social Security Number Trace
o Motor Vehicle Report
• Verification of First Aid and CPR Certifications
• Professional Employment Agreement Tailored to Client’s Household Employment Situation
• Legally Drafted Confidentiality Agreement
• 5-Pannel Drug Test Upon Request
• One year of complimentary Sitter Service from VIP for absences due to the employee’s vacation or sick days.
(Client pays the sitter directly at their regular hourly rate)
